Halloween Party

Saturday night we went to a Halloween Party given by a couple in the dental school, and it was fun to see everybody and visit! And it's always fun to dress up in costume! Scott as a pirate, me a cowgirl as usual, Ella was a cat and Cole was a skeleton.
Scott won the costume contest as the best individual costume! And it was all his idea and everything... I helped him out with the clothes but he got the rest.

Indy Baby Shower

My friends in the ward and the wives of other dental students came to celebrate Cole! It was great being able to visit with everyone!

Cole was the life of the party!

My Handsome Little Man

I've been trying to snap some pictures of Cole for announcements... isn't he so cute in his church outfit?

2 Weeks Old Already?

It was great having Nanna Christie here, and hard to see her leave after the first week home with Cole, but we were lucky enough to have Grandma Robbie come down and visit with us too! Thanks Robbie for all your help, it was great.

Some exciting things went on Cole's 2nd week home. He got his first bath since his ambical cord fell off.

We took a road trip to Louisville, Kentucky to go to the temple!

It was great to have Grandma Robbie watch the kids so that Jamie & Scott could attend a session.

Scott and his buddy Matt went fishing in the pond across the street from our house, so we all decided to join him!

Daddy taught Ella how to fish.

AND...

SHE CAUGHT A FISH!

The boys had to take a nap break after all the fishing fun...

Then we got ready to go to the Pumpkin Patch
We learned how to corn hull

We went to Kelsay Farms, not actually a pumpkin patch, but Ella had fun anyways.

She got to pet a baby cow only 5 days old.

And learn how to milk a cow

And then play in a big corn pit!

She loved the cow ride

And then wanted to pick a white pumpkin!

First Week Home

This is our last day at the hospital, and Ella came to meet Cole for the first time... she immediately ran to my bed saying, "hold baby!"
