Valentine's Party

Instead of going to the Dental School's Valentine's Ball this year we got together with those who didn't want to go and had our men make dinner for us instead!  It was awesome and yummy.

Scott made his hand-breaded chicken and homemade sweet 'n sour sauce.

Then a bunch of our friends came back to our house for games and desserts.  We played the newlywed questionaire game and others. So fun!

 

Thanks everyone for the fun Valentine's night. You would've never guessed we had 7 sleeping kids upstairs!

Indy Ice Storm

We had a HUGE ice storm last week, I'm sure you heard about it on the news. We can literally ice skate all over the front yard! Still to this day, a full week later there is still at least two inches thick of ice on our driveway.

It was great having Scott home for 3 days straight last week with the ice storm. We took full advantage of our time together. We went to storytime (only ones there) one day, had a lunch bunch with four couples there and all our kids, and then went to the Children's Museum the last day. So fun, but we should've driven to Florida! :)
