5th Year Anniversary

We always go away on a weekend trip for our anniversaries, usually without kids, but we had to take Cole since he's still nursing. This year we went to Nashville, Indiana! It is the cutest town with all these shops. We spent the whole morning and afternoon shopping and eating. Scott was so nice for letting me do this!

Then we went into the Brown County State Park (3 miles from Nashville). It was so beautiful. The whole entire park looks like this with frequent scenic outlooks. Like Father Like Son: Excited to go Fishing!We had a blast! We will definitely come here again, since it's only an hour south of us here. Thanks Brad & Kim Terry for making this possible by watching Ella all weekend for us!

Pine Creek

Due to the crazy amount of rain we've been getting lately, the water was too high for ladies and kids. So, it was a boys only canoeing/fishing trip. Scott went with a couple buddies in the ward. He had a blast. It has been announced that we'll be making it a semi-annual trip, so hopefully in the fall the water won't be too high.

Cole's First Park Swing

For the first time ever on a Thursday afternoon Scott was able to come home early afternoon and not have to study! So, we took full advantage of this and a nice spring day and went to the park with some take-out dinner. We put Cole on the swing and he loved it!
