We always go away on a weekend trip for our anniversaries, usually without kids, but we had to take Cole since he's still nursing. This year we went to Nashville, Indiana! It is the cutest town with all these shops. We spent the whole morning and afternoon shopping and eating. Scott was so nice for letting me do this!
Then we went into the Brown County State Park (3 miles from Nashville). It was so beautiful. The whole entire park looks like this with frequent scenic outlooks.

We had a blast! We will definitely come here again, since it's only an hour south of us here. Thanks Brad & Kim Terry for making this possible by watching Ella all weekend for us!

This reminds me of one of our anniversaries!! We went to Brown County and stayed in one of the b&b's...without kids!! And we LOVE to go to Ogle Lake in the park...very fun for family picnics...let us know when you go again!! The hike around the lake is fun.
