We were lucky to have my sister fly us all to Denver for Thanksgiving! It was great to see family and spend some time together.
We made EVERYTHING from scratch... even the crust on the pies. I helped a lot with the food making this year, which was great. I learned how to prepare a turkey, and make stuffing, dough, and my favorite pies from scratch!
Chocolate Cream Cheese Mousse, Pumpkin, Pecan and Key Lime Pie
We planned it so it'd all be ready around nap time for the girls so we could REALLY enjoy a peaceful Thanksgiving Dinner.

I feel so much better about putting Haylee down for a nap during our thanksgiving meal. I've read a lot of blogs about my friends who all did the same thing. That is so fun that you were able to be in denver with your sister. All the homemade food sounds so yummy!
