{shoe up the nose}

While out on date night Friday night, we were called with some startling news just as we were walking out of the restaurant: Cole had put a polly pocket shoe up his nose and they couldn't get it out!  So, Scott to the rescue, figures he'll pull out his dental equipment and do some nasal surgery
 on this poor little guy...

Cole was totally freaking out and crying and thrashing as hard as can be. I can only imagine someone poking and proding up my nose...

So, after doing this a while, we realize this baby is now out of sight and too far to be reached with dental tools, so off to the ER we went at 10pm... and there we were until 1:30am to have the doctor strap his arms behind his back and tie him down to the bed so he couldn't get his arms free, and then not be able to find anything there! So, the exrays didn't show any sign of a soft plastic in the film; we didn't think it would.  And, now it's the best part of all: the waiting game and scavenger hunt in his diaper! Fun times!

poor poor coco's!! I hate when kids have to go through this kind of stuff. So not fun for them or for us to watch. He is just like his father, 2 X to the ER when he was little to get things out. I hope Kenzie doesn't go through this stage!! See you sooooooooon!!!
