{Cole turns 6}

Cole was on a flag football team (The Orange Tigers) this Fall, his first time playing and he finally got the hang of it around the end of the season. He loves it, and loves playing defense and running up and grabbing the flag off the guy on the other team with the ball.

On the morning of his actual birthday, he had a game, and I signed up to bring treats that day so I could do cupcakes and have him celebrate with his team. His coach is awesome and had the team sing "Happy Birthday" to him, which made him feel special.

After his game, we took him to the Mountain Home Air Force Base for their annual Air Show. It was awesome. It was hot. We got shaved ice and funnel cakes to survive. We explored some jets and played around with guns a little before the show started. Once the music went on an the jets cruised by overhead... it was amazing! SO LOUD! Lots of parents brought headphones for their kids to protect them from the noise, wish we would've known. But a cool experience.
After the Air Show, he wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese for pizza, presents, and games. We spoiled him crazy today, we know, but we didn't do a friend party. He got these walkie-talkies he's been wanting and this Flying Heroes spinning flying action figure thing.

 Then the next day we had a family combined party to celebrate him and his cousin Kenzie's birthday (They're born two days apart). He wanted a batman cake, so he got what he wished for.
 And then he was spoiled by presents from grandparents and cousins and aunt and uncles. Thank you all for making this day one to remember!

Same when I took boys to Indy Speedway, ear protection would have helped! Looks like a fun few days for CoCos, happy bday to him!
